Here at Tower Powered Technology most of our staff are well experienced technicians and have work in the tech industry for many years, We are very well experienced and knowledgeable. We care and value our customers at TPT and are always willing to help with any and all warranty related issues from the small things all the way up to catastrophic failures, for any issues please email us directly at ___________

We are happy to help out were possible with any enquiries about our computers and are even happy to make up a custom quote for any desktop systems and can order any stock not listed on our site as long as easily available at our suppliers with a lead time of 2-4 Days to us then shipped to you

Privacy & Safety

For your safety all of our desktop computers are fully stress and thermal tested before they are shipped. We true our hardest to use the highest quality parts available and all systems listed are built designed and tested by real and well experienced technicians, We will use lower quality parts at the customers request but will always true to recommend better brands or parts if available. (Note Laptops are not always tested by us they are not built buy our direct suppliers and should have been tested in their main factory)

For your privacy all customer data will only ever be used internally within this business, No third-party will ever be given customer data without full consent and acknowledgement of the customer

Terms And Conditions

Price Matching

We will price match any quote for a custom built computer on the conditions that all quotes must come from reputable companies, Quotes will be matched with all freight cost included in the prices and items MUST BE IN STOCK and available from competitor. Build Fees still apply to any  system on top of quote if given parts only quote

Payment Options

Anything purchased via credit, Debit or Visa Cards will have a 2.2% Surcharge applied to all sales/ purchases.

The are no surcharges or added payments to any direct debit payments, however stock does not get shipped until payment is received on our end

Shipping

All our desktop systems are built and tested one last time before shipping out Via Courier (estimated 1-2 Days Before Shipped).

All other stock couriers are arranged for collection next day (Not Including Weekends).

All items in their own box have their own shipping cost applied (Desktops, Monitors etc.).

Note Small items will be put into same box and only have 1 shipping cost (Mouse, Keyboards etc.)

Warranty Policy

All of our products come with at least 1 Year Return to Base Warranty. On top of this many brands will offer a manufacturer warranty.

This warranty covers any enquires regarding your product and any manufacturer’s faults that may occur. Manufacturer faults are issues that arise due to the way a product was made.

If you believe this issue can be fixed remotely, please contact us and we will try our best to help you out. Alternatively, you can also contact the manufacturer of the product who may be able to step you through a more detailed solution.

If your product requires attention, please return the item with all original packaging and contents (If possible), together with a proof of purchase to us. For delivery orders please contact us with your order number and we will organise for the item to be returned free of charge along with a return form to complete. For large or bulky items, we may request you send parts individually but will work through this with you should it occur.

Once the item has been received, we will assess the condition of the item off-site and provide a solution of a repair, replacement or credit.

​

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

​

Alternatively, customers are also able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair, replacement or credit. By going directly to the manufacturer you may experience a much faster turnaround time. However, We are more than happy to process your warranty as well.

Physical Damage

Unfortunately, items that are physically damaged will need to undergo further external assessment and may not be covered under warranty.

No Fault Found

Please be aware if no fault is found with the item there can be a charge to cover the cost of shipping the item for repair. To avoid this please confirm with the manufacturer that there is a fault.
